Since incorporation in year 1989, Ong Chong Realty Sdn. Bhd. ("OCR") have today grown into one of the leading property developers in Kayu Ara area of Petaling Jaya.

To date, OCR have completed six projects (viz. Dahlia Villa, Casa Utama, Beverly Residence, Eastwood, Chestwood and Westwood Terrace) in Kayu Ara area in the vicinity of Bandar Utama and SPRINT/NKVE expressways. Another three landed projects (viz. Westwood Terrace II, Chestwood Terrace II and D’ Residency) in the same area, one office suits’ project (viz. PJ5) in Kelana Jaya and one Semi-D & Bungalow project (viz. Palm Reserve) in Damansara Jaya, P.J., are currently under development by the company. OCR have seven more projects in hand for future development in the next four years and these projects contribute to a total Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately RM500 Million for the company.

OCR have involved in the property development business for more than 10 years. OCR believe in sincere dealings with all house buyers, and have always rendered best services to them. Meanwhile, OCR always ensure product’s quality to be delivered to the house buyers. Consequently, OCR have today successfully earned a solid reputation as an innovative, quality conscious developer that committed to deliver the highest standard of products to the customers.

Apart from involving in property developments as the core business, OCR group which comprise 18 companies, also run other businesses including building construction, property renting, trading in automobiles, aquaculture farming, restaurants, billboard & media, sports and badminton courts operations. Today, OCR group have well diversified the business and become more competent and competitive in the modern and comprehensive markets in Malaysia.
