Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute all digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, apps and display advertising campaigns.
• Manage and maintain company websites and social media platforms.
• Launch optimized online ads through Google Ads and social media platforms.
• Design creative and innovative platforms to increase traffic to company pages.
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing in website, social media and mobile application.
• Utilize analytic tools to monitor traffic and sales performance.
• Assist superior to track and analyse website traffic flow and prepare report on effectiveness of programs.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing and Leasing teams to create awareness and promote company products & services through company websites and other digital channels.
• Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies and digital marketing trends; adopt and implement new technologies into marketing campaigns where appropriate.
Qualification Requirements:
• Min 2-years experience in digital marketing, experience in real estate in an added advantage.
• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Media or related field.
• Familiar with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Dashboard or other social media marketing.
• Knowledge in WordPress in an added advantage.
• Candidate able to converse and write in both English and Mandarin is preferable.
