OCR Noble Land announces the completion of The Resident @ Ampang South
To date, the Company achieves a sales of 85% despite a softer property market
KUALA LUMPUR, 3 DECEMBER 2015 – Property Developer, OCR Noble Land (The Resident) Sdn Bhd (“OCR Noble Land” or the “Company”), is pleased to announce that the Company has completed its RM125 million gross development value (“GDV”) mid-rise residential development – The Resident @ Ampang South (“Development”) located in Ampang Kuala Lumpur.
Despite the challenging environment in the property sector, the Company has achieved a take up rate of 85% for the low density development that has a total of 180 units across 3 towers. The 3 towers sit on a 2.18-acre land, in which Tower A and Tower B houses only 6 units per level while Tower C will have 8 units per level. This offers a refreshing break from the high density development commonly found close to the city center.

“The market is a bit soft at the moment due to various concerns in the financial market. Purchases are getting more and more cautious now when it comes to property buying. However, we still believe that having the right product at the right location will be the winning strategy,” it said.
